After having to postpone originally due to COVID and at the time dealing with the constant changing lockdown levels, we were becoming increasingly nervous about our wedding like how would the actual day run and who would juggle the odd jobs that might pop up?
After much discussion, we made the decision to meet with Lucy about coordinating our wedding day just two months out from walking down the aisle.
All the vendors were booked, and most of the larger details had already been sorted.
We are organised people in general, however by the time we hit the two-month mark combined with the COVID stress we were so over making decisions as we felt enormous pressure to make sure everything was done to perfection.
We can honestly say that getting Lucy on board was a great decision!
She lifted a rather large weight off our shoulders as she immediately jumped into action.
Her shared drive and strong communication ensured no loose ends or small details were forgotten about.
Her great communication, organisation and incredible run sheet meant that our bridal party and vendors knew exactly the - what, when, where, who and how’s on the day.
Lucy also ran the rehearsal with our celebrant and on the big day she was in complete control and had a handle on everything which was such a relief.
If you are in the planning stages of your wedding - Lucy’s knowledge of Christchurch vendors will be incredibly valuable to you. We already had our vendors locked in but when spoken to, they had nothing but good things to say about Lucy which shows she has a huge directory of vendors, but she knows them all well and has excellent relationships with them.
We are confident there are many behind the scenes details that we had forgotten to mention or did not even know she organised for us however we cannot recommend Lucy enough.
