Ticket Holders
Tickets are purchased on the Planning Project event on the Eventbrite website only.
If ticket holders are over 18 years of age, they will be provided with ONE alcohol beverage at each workshop. The Welder reserves the right as a part of host responsibility to check identification in the form of a New Zealand Drivers License or Passport if deemed necessary.
Ticket Holders agree to drink responsibly.
By purchasing tickets you are agreeing to receive marketing and other communications from Christchurch Weddings Limited, Two Rocks and The Welder and you will be automatically subscribed to their databases.
Ticket Holders agree to the use of their names and photographs and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Planning Project Organisers and associated vendors relating to the event series. post-event publicity includes but is not limited to photo and video footage being shared online and on advertising platforms, and for future events held by contributing Planning Project Organisers.
All Ticket Holders must comply with any directions given to him or her by Planning Project Organisers, associated vendors and/or their agents and with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, restrictions, and itinerary. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prizes.
If you do not agree with any of these terms & conditions you should not take part in the Planning Project events.
Planning Project Organisers reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be published on www.christchurchweddings.co. You are advised to regularly check the website for any changes.
Planning Project Organisers reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the events and contributing vendors in any manner whatsoever if, at its sole discretion, it should decide the events are not capable of being conducted as specified.
No cash or product alternative will be provided.
Ticket Purchases made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
Planning Project Organisers assume no liability for lost or stolen property, or injuries acquired as a result of the Planning Project events, or travel to and from the events.
Planning Project Organisers assume no responsibility for personal decisions or actions taken by Ticket Holders as a result of information and resources shared at the events. All resources and information supplied are that of personal and professional opinions from contributing vendors in related industries.
All information and resources supplied remain the intellectual property of Planning Project Organisers. All information and resources provided are not for distribution.
During the Planning Project campaign, there will be various imagery used. Unless it is specified that the event directly correlates to the image, images depicted in advertising are not representative of any event.
COVID-19
If Christchurch enters into an Alert Level Three or Four due to COVID-19, and the decision is made to postpone the event your ticket purchase will be held and reallocated to the new date/s with no penalties. If you are unable to make the postponement date your ticket purchase will be refunded in full, minus booking fees and a $20.00 NZD administration fee. This event will go ahead if the city is in Alert Level One or Two.
As a Ticket Holder, you will be required to disclose your full name, address, contact phone and email for the purposes of contact tracing in the event it is required.
You will agree to comply with any contact tracing requests made by Planning Project Organisers and agree to uphold personal hygiene standards.
